Great service great sale

I was looking to replace my mazda speed 3 (I'm older now needed a better daily car) and was very impressed by the selection of used cars. I ended up buying a Chrysler 200. I told the salesman( Jack White) what i was looking in a car and I was instantly in love with the fully equipped 200. When it came to financing Matt Ramsdell found a price point that was easy for me to pay (less then 150 a month) with a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. I always have all my service done at the Niagara Falls location and Frank is the best, always tells me what I need and what I don't have to do right away. Fantastic dealership all in one buying and service in one place

Great service experience

Called to get an appointment For service and got in the very next day. Very helpful service representative helped me out with an issue I was having making adjustments to an interior display. Overall great experience.

Fair Deal

Purchased a used F-150 from Basil Ford in Niagara Falls. It was a fair deal with no major issues, but I was disappointed on a few details. The alignment of the truck wasn't checked, which I expected from the big dealerships. It cost $80 to confirm this and correct the issue from a local tire shop. The only other issue was the front brakes have a pulse when braking hard, which suggests the rotors are due to be replaced soon. Over-all my salesman, Mark, was good. The sales manager, Scott, seems like a decent guy (for a car salesman) and both seemed to want to make a deal. The finance guy was the only well-rounded jerk (I'm trying to be nice) I encountered. I didn't need his services so perhaps this is why. Mark did his job for him. Good dealership, decent people, I would buy from them again. Besides the issues noted, they were clear with details (major and minor) about the vehicle I was purchasing. The dealership was nice and clean with instant service. My relationship with this exact dealership will be limited to the purchase and probably no service. They are too far from where I live. Basil engine for life warranty is the only item that could bring me back. Good luck out there. I hope this helps someone. Brian Logel

The staff was courteous and professional. My vehicle was serviced on time and correctly. The people involved were friendly and knowledgeable going over paperwork and invoices.

Satisfaction guaranteed

I was looking to replace my 2008 Explorer with a 2018 Explorer. I stopped in for a test drive and Kala and Scott got me into a better truck than I had hoped for at an unbelievable payment. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Don't live up to their ads

Poor salesmen. Can't make a deal with their advertisement in paper. Could not even come close or even try to come close. They use the price before factory rebate and incentives. Unheard of. Went to Fucillo same day. Sold us a new 2018 Silverado in 1.5 hours and they listened to what we can afford. we love it and will never waste out time at basil again. Then they send you a check for a price they will trade your vehicle in for. Cmon Mark... learn how to sell vehicles!!
