Service people very hard to get a hold of on the phone. Had my truck inspected and mechanic never put on a new inspection sticker.Service people are very nice.

It's never exciting to hear about Basil underwhelming our guests, but we appreciate any and all feedback we can get.
My appointment was at 845 am and waited 3 hrs for a oil
My appointment was at 845 am and waited 3 hrs for a oil change and check a leaky valve stem which I purchased in December and called them 3 times and no return phone call so when I took in to have oil changed I was told I had to pay for the valve stem and labor charge which was very unfair due to never getting a reply back from my salesman so it cost me $118.00 for their fault and not returning my phone calls..I called day I bought my car and was told it will reset on its own because tires were just put on well it didn't 3 more calls and no reply I kept putting air in tire at first thinking I ran over a nail but was a leaky valve stem from the day I bought it...they should be ashamed of themselves I won't ever buy there again

Terrible Dealership
Terrible experience. The Used car Manager lies to your face. The GM co-signs the Manager. Would not recommend this dealership to a dieing friend. Do not go here!!!

They tried to get $2000 over list and offered $2000 under value for my trade in. The sales manager was rude and arrogant at best. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don’t let them in your vehicle
Don’t let service in your vehicle. Went in with my 1 day old F-150 for USB ports not working and they pried it off and scratched/ gouged the plastic underneath rather then compressing the clips. USB still didn’t work so they had to replace my computer. In doing so they admitted to breaking my phone mount but didn’t realize that they scratched the trim around the screen and broke the vent where the phone mount was mounted. When I asked for them to fix/ replace the parts that were damaged when removing the USB port I was told that the part was to expensive and that “ the USB port can not be replaced without damaging the plastic underneath” no joke that’s what I was told. I brought my truck in and showed the service Manager Steve and the dealer Manager how to remove it within 10 seconds with a paper clip and no damage. Still they wouldn’t admit any wrong doing or offer to fix it or even a free oil change. They did fix/ replace the vent, trim and wrote me a check for my phone mount but I was told I have to just live with the other damage that was “unavoidable” unless you’re me I guess.
