Great place to built and buy a brand new Ford 150

Great service from the day I built my truck until it was delivered and continues still after I have received my truck. Highly recommend going there.

Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is a great place to deal

Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is a great place to deal with. Every staff member has been so kind and helpful and given the best service at all times. My last visit was with the service department and they were so quick and efficient and had me back in my car the next day! Shaun the service advisor that assisted me went above and beyond and I appreciate all he did for me. Thank you Basil Ford for all you do!

Basil service department accommodated my emergency air

Basil service department accommodated my emergency air conditioning problem in a most timely manner. The vehicle was repaired, the service was explained and all Basil staff were most courteous.

Nightmare at Basil

Bought a used Ford Fusion for $25,000. Within three days after we picked it up, it needed a new engine which the dealership put in. Not happy. Fast forward 3 months and the new engine is having issues. In for three days of repairs. Two days later the engine fries itself as my teenage son is driving it. Needs another new engine and turbo. What the heck?? I don’t trust their work and want my money back.

This dealership sold us a used car that needed a new

This dealership sold us a used car that needed a new engine two days after we bought it. Three months later, we needed another new engine after the car died while my son was driving it. Not happy with Basil Ford Niagara Falls!

Made appointment online for oil change.

Made appointment online for oil change. Got there early and car was taken right away. Added tire rotation, was ready in under an hour. Everyone was very nice.

I love my car!!

My experience was very good!! Jared was a big help and got me in my new Chevy Malibu (which I love) he made the process easy and simple!! I would recommend everyone to go there and get a new car!!!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DROVE 2 HOURS TO HAVE SOLD THE CAR. THEY HAD MY CASH OFFER AT 9AM. THEY TAKE OF THERE OWN. SO UNPROFESSIONAL WAY TO GO AMANDA!!!
