From our sales guy (twice) Matt to the GM (his brother), to the head of the financial department, there is pure integrity to the uttermost. We (my wife and I) were left jaw dropped at the above mentioned integrity that was shown in resolving a problem for us. Most other reviewers will speak of the service in terms of reasonable prices and good treatment of customers, but these people showed me what a dealer looks like when they shatter the classic stereotype of "crooked car salesman" and show just the opposite: where they not only help to resolve a hard situation (my wife and I were left with a totalled van due to flooding and no gap coverage), but actually INVESTED into our lives by moving mountains to get us a deal on a vehicle that made up for the headaches that water in a van had been causing us. I can't speak more highly of West Herr in general and the above three individuals mentioned in particular, and I pray that West Herr Ford Lincoln receives returned customers for years to come, with my wife and I being the first in line the next time we are looking for a vehicle. This branch of West Herr invested in the lives of customers, I only hope many people will find how rewarding it is to invest their money into purchasing a vehicle from them.
