Working with Brian H was a joy. He was very professional and friendly. During test drives he was learning what features were important to me, my family and lifestyle. Both Brian H and Joe P were very patient while I was deciding. Then Brian took my 2 choices and parked them side-by-side while we discussed what I needed. I made an appt to test drive a used vehicle, it had already sold & Max took the time to discuss purchase & lease options for a new vehicle. He made time for me to test drive & run numbers for three vehicles & we made a deal that same day! I was greatful for him to think of options before I would know to ask about them & that he asked my "must have list" to search all inventory & didn't just make me settle for one they had on their exact lot. Also that I'm barely paying more for my new lease than I was for a used 2008 that I traded in!!
