1st oil change at Quick Lane in Wake Forest, NC
I stopped by for my cars' 1st oil change on 8/17/19 around 11:30 -- There were quite a few people there waiting and I was told the wait would be around 45 min to an hour. I couldn't stay and since no shuttles or loaners are offered, I had to go finish my errands. I stopped back in around 1:30 and there was no wait, only took about 30 minutes to get me out the door.

Service work was performed as requested and was done timely. They found an issue that I was not aware of, let me know it was covered under my extended warranty and fixed the issue. The extended warranty covered the entire cost of the service.

Fast with great customer service
I went to the location for an oil change in the middle of the day. There were About 15 people in the waiting area, so I was worried about my wait. But the service person told me they would get my car in in about 30 min. It didn?t take that long. I was in and out in about an hour. Great service, would recommend.

Disappointing lack of customer service
We thought we bought a new car from Crossroads, and were in route to pick it up when they called and said the car had been sold and was no longer available. While mistakes do happen, how this was handled afterwards shows the true character of the GM of the dealership. He assured me he would do what he could to find another vehicle, but with repeated calls to him I got excuses and a clear indication he just hoped I would go away and he wouldn't have to deal with doing what is right -- finding another vehicle and making the deal right. Crossroads should have gone out of their way to make this right, and instead they did nothing ...

Good experience, but do your research
It should go without saying, but for redundancy please know your cars value, what other people are paying for the model of vehicle you are interested in, and your credit score. The first offer presented to me was highly favorable to the dealership. The crux of the deal was based upon what I wanted my payment to be... the payment was correct, but had an extra 6k garnered from a lower value attached to my trade in, and a higher value attached to the vehicle I wanted. I expected this and had done enough research to negotiate the totals more in line with the final deal. These are, afterall salesmen with the reasonable goal of maximizing profits. I only recount here that others may realize and do their research prior to ever stepping foot in any dealership. The overall car buying experience was great! I had an extended test drive over night to experience my vehicle in my daily commute and ensure it would work for my intended purposes. I would reccomend Crossroads Ford to anyone in the Raleigh/ Wake forest area as I found the experience superior to that of my experience at Capital 2 years ago. The finance department experience shapes my final verdict here. Capital attempted to charge me additional $10 per month as my car was awd? That is unacceptable in my book. Crossroads had a simple layout for displaying gap insurance and protection plans. The prices were too high, but we worked it out and I skipped a lot of the add ons. My internet salesman was great and continued to be so in person. The GM was also exemplary. The dealership was clean and the process was simple.

Excellent service
I went in with what I thought was a severe bearing issue, and was presently surprised to find out it was a tire issue. Service rep was great and timely.
