Quick Lane Service center is anything but quick

If your goal is to get an oil change, run and find somewhere else. Or, don't do anything but drop your car off and expect to get it that evening. Unlike other local dealerships, they don't prioritize the simple oil changes. So, an oil change consistently gets stuck behind someone with new tires and other larger service items. (handled in order but its not 15minute oil changes in front of you) More than once when I have been there with a "one hour" wait turned into 2.5 to 3 hours. The dealership side streams in inspections which happen before your oil change (which they say is a "separate person" but that doesn't seem to be reality when they are short staffed). One of their employees was extremely rude and unapologetic when a "1 hour or more to get in the shop" turned into over 2.5 hours while I waited with a 4 year old. He felt the need to tell me he had been there 9 years and to stress the fact he said "or more" instead of just apologizing for the wait. I complained to management about his attitude which their response was "next time come when I am here" which isn't a solution. I'm not going back and wouldn't recommend it to my friends. Who wants to have to drop off your car for a simple oil change? My other car is a Honda and the local Honda dealer understands oil changes are something that coordinating a drop off and pick up for is too much extra work. My car was purchased here (great experience) and all but tire service was done at this facility until now.

Ford Explorer Purchase

Ron was helpful over the phone with questions and when I arrived to purchase the vehicle he was equally helpful. Straight to the point, friendly and easiest buying experience I've had in a long while. Worth the short drive to Wake Forest!

Crossroads Ford Service Is A-Number One

I have purchased half a dozen or so new vehicles and always have them serviced at Crossroads Ford. If you ever deviate and go to a Jiffy Lube or somewhere like that, it will be, suffice to say 'not good'. Stick with Crossroads for either QuickLane for tires, brakes and oil changes or the main service for the big stuff. I got tires and they beat the best price anywhere; oil changes and tire rotations are always done properly. The staff are always helpful and keep you informed of progress. The waiting room is top notch with snacks, coffee, water and soda (even diet which I drink). So great job by this team.

SHOULD HAVE RETURNED PHONE CALL

SERVICE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES ABOUT THE RECALL ON MY OTHER 2 CARS AND NOONE WILL RETURN MY CALL AS PROMISED. WITH THAT BEING SAID. I WILL PROBALBY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DEALERSHIP MOVING FORWARD.

Fluid service

Did not check power steering fluid, which was low enough to growl at onset of turns. Otherwise, I am happy.
