Great sales bad service

The sale department is great, the service depart Is not. I will not be allowing them to service any more of our families vehicles.

Ford Mustang

Salesperson Chris was excellent. He made the entire process easy as he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. If you are in the market for a ford I would recommend crossroads of wake forest.

Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest Service ?

I was charged for 3.5 hours of labor at a rate of $190/hr for a job Pep Boys quoted me .8 hours of labor when I checked after ripped off by this Ford dealership. YouTube confirmed how simple the job is. Will never get off warranty work done at a dealership again. ????

Quick lane

Crossroads Ford Wake Forest NC Great service as always on my 2004 ford Ranger. My ranger has only 26000 miles and Cross Roads has provided all services needed to keep the truck in tip top shape.

above and beyond, service and sales

Love this place, for both sales and service. We purchased a new vehicle here in August 2023 and love it. The entire customer journey was not only painless, but was a delight. Never had long waits, no pushy sale persons but rather professionals who treated us like family. We are 20+ year exclusive Ford customers and were impressed once again with Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. For service, we received the best valet service ever. I work super long hours and have some mobility issues, and Al Jones the service manager made sure all our service needs were met; I only had to go to my front door. These folks need 10 stars but the review only allows for five :)

Best Ford Dealership

We needed repairs to a 2014 Ford F150. I called at least 4-5 dealers within a 1 hr radius to find an appointment. Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest was amazing. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. The repairs were done quickly and with full transparency. It was also the most competitive rate, even compared to local mechanics.

Poor service from crossroads Ford of wakeforest

Day two of me posting asking for a simple reason why crossroads Ford of wakeforest & there warranty company don't take care of there customers. All I need is to get my vehicle fixed after I still have 8,000 miles left on the warranty. After almost a year of having it the engine went out . Now crossroads haven't done anything to help with the situation. There so called warranty company want me to pay out of pocket for teardown & put back fees . Is this the way you guys handle business?
