Ford Bronco Sale
I wouldn?t recommend this dealership to anybody. First off, this has no reflection on our sales rep Tommy. He was exceptional and went above and beyond. This is a direct reflection on the GM Dave Burrell. We had ordered the New 4 Door White Bronco Badlands 2.4lt. 8 months later our order showed up and was completely wrong. Wrong model, wrong color, wrong engine. After waiting 8 months for the vehicle, I was obviously upset. I called the dealership to see if we could get something worked out and was told I could either buy the one coming in, or back out and re order. I would not take that for an answer and expressed my frustration. At that time, Dave called and told me that he had a Bronco in his showroom. He told me he would sell it to me at MSRP and would buy it back from us for the very same price once we re ordered and the correct one came in. After a ton of phone tag trying to see this showroom vehicle, I finally went down to the dealership to speak with Dave in person. He was not there, nor was the vehicle. A sales rep told me that he had believed it had been sold. You can imagine my frustration. So, I got Dave on the phone and he said ?no, I can?t sell that anymore due to recalls blah blah blah.? I said fine, I?ll just buy the incorrect one that is coming in and I?ll re order and get back in line. Dave told me several times that he had re ordered for me, but I never got any sort of confirmation. I called and emailed several times. Nothing. I went into the dealership and confirmed that the reservation had never been transitioned into an order. An assistant manager helped me get that completed. Now, 8 months later my correct Bronco came in. I planned to sell the first Bronco private sale, but was contacted by Dave. He said he wanted my vehicle and gave me a lowball offer compared to what the market is offering. I told him I?d rather not trade it in and will sell it on my own. Dave goes ?fine, then I won?t sell you this vehicle.? Yes, he actually said those very words. He would not sell me my correct Bronco, unless I would trade in the original one. I did it and am still not happy with how the situation was handled. I will never use this dealership again.

Routine Service
I went to the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately they were down a couple of technicians and were running behind. I made an appointment for 11:30 and returned at 11:00. The work was completed at1:15. This was very unusual.
