I have been using the Ford dealership in Wake Forest since my car was purchased their work has been excellent both in the quick lane and in the main repair shop I can?t speak highly of them

2021 Bronco Sport

I love the Bronco. It is a great vehicle. My only complaint is the sound the brakes make when in reverse. Unfortunately, the service department cannot fix it and stated that it is normal on this type of vehicle. It sounds like a moaning cow.

Excellent Service Department

Crossroads Ford Wake Forest is the best service department in the triangle. I have been getting multiple cars and trucks serviced here for years and the service has been excellent. The service manager and his team are always professional and trustworthy. I have never had an issue with maintenance or repairs.
