worked well

Everything was fine. Worked with us on payment to get it as close to what we wanted as possible. Acadia makes a weird hissing sound however that I noticed the day after while driving that comes and goes. Not sure why and I know it is not normal because it is very noticeable. Emailed Jonathan about it but never got a response. I really hope it is nothing major!

safty recall

My vehicle was taken into the shop at the time I was given when I made the appointment. The work was completed in the time that was promised. All personnel I dealt with were professional. All service work that I have had done on our Escape has been accomplished at this dealership.

Great customer service, car service & waiting area

My service was great! I came in for a general mileage service but also was reminded that I needed brake service---and immediately. Staff were helpful and helped me work out the best option for me, so I was able to have the necessary service done to my Ford Fiesta as I waited in the same visit. At the bclose of my visit, as I left the shop, I reminded myself how glad I am to feel great about the service and the customer that I continue to receive there.

2012 F-150 ,Service was awesome as always. Wait times are short most of the time. won't take my trucks anywhere else.

Great services in a timely manner

I had exterior accessories installed on my vehicle. Service as able to do it the same day. The only complaint i have is that i had to keep calling to see if the vent guards had been ordered and to see if they were in. Its been at least a month. But it was done and that's that .
