Customer Focused Service!

When I dropped my truck off with the engine light on knowing it was a misfire in one of the cylinders, I expected a large bill to get it fixed. Anthony was great in working with me to get the truck dropped off. I was even more surprised when he called later that afternoon to explain that the issue was known and would be taken care of by Ford. The cost to me was $0. He also worked it out for me to pick up the truck after hours so my down time was minimized. Great working with the team at Crossroads Wake Forest!!

Everyone at the Quick Lane was very friendly and answered any and all of my questions. It is the only place I take my vehicle.

Service

I took my car in for a tune up and when making the appointment, I was told that there was also a recall service they could do while the car was there. However, he neglected to tell me that the gas tank needed to be less than half full, so they were unable to do the recall job. Now I need to take the car back. It would have been nice to have it done the day I was off work and already had my car in.
