Our Second Vehicle

We just purchased our second Santa Fe from Phil Long Hyundai. Outstanding experience. No pressure from our sales rep, Jerry Seward. He really knows how to turn the ofttimes contentious car buying experience into a laid back and informative affair. And Mike in the Finance Dept couldn't have been more helpful, also. We will continue to do business with this organization as long as we live in Colorado Springs.

Very pleased

Always been treated with respect and fairness at Phil Long Hyundai in Colorado Springs. This is my second experience buying a car with them. This time I bought two cats!

Car purchas

The vehicle perches went very smooth, the Phil Long team supports the Military and the Phil Long Hyundai staff are helpful and friendly. "I would of liked to have a green Hyundai Tucson."

My experience.

I was able to test drive 3 different vehicles. The sales person ( Tim Coon ),spent a fair amount of time answering questions. I was able to determine what vehicle was best for me.

Pleasant?!?!...yes, it was!

After wanting to buy an Acura RDX, but having a terrible experience with the sales manager, I found myself at Phil Long Hyundai. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had...and I never thought I'd use the word "pleasant" to describe car buying! I love my new car and have really appreciated the customer service I have received. Thank you!

Awesome Service!

When I went in to get my oil changed, the guys at the front desk were super professional and very nice. I will definitely keep going back to get it changed there!

A Great Experience

I walked in to try the Santa Fe but too much money was involved. So I test drove several Tucsons. They seemed small width wise and they rode a bit rough. Finally I tried the Sonata and it was a match. Plenty of room, power and economy. It has the smallest engine I have ever had in a car and at the same time it is the fastest because of the turbo. Turbos scare me because they tend to break a few thousand miles down the road, hence the warranty that I hope I never have to take advantage of. However just the peace of mind knowing that if it does break it will be taken care of lets me sleep better at night. Kaitlin was very patient with me and helped me when I needed help but let me do what I needed to do to make my choice. Then I chose the Sonata off the showroom floor that caught my eye. I didn't test drive it as I did other Sonatas but I knew this was the one. Within a few short minutes all of the other vehicles were moved out and off the floor to get "my" Sonata out the door. It was a lot of work but everyone joined in together to take care of me. The price was more than I wanted to pay but if the car is as solid at 10 years as it is now it will be so worth it. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Just wish I could buy a few more cars but I think this one will be the last new car I ever need.

Happy Cubs fan

Great staff to help you with car shopping. I wasn't pressured by the staff and were courteous throughout my visit. I would return back in the future to purchase another vehicle from them.
