My experience at RBM of Alpharetta was exceptional. Dan Berry assisted from ordering my new car to keeping me informed on progress during the wait for it to be built. He made sure any changes requested were submitted prior to a cutoff date. My car arrived just as it was ordered. I appreciate Dan’s time and attention to detail. Lisa Brennan explained the additional warranty options and after signing all documents, I was sent to meet with Diane Evans who was amazing. She patiently went through the settings available and answered all questions. My experience at RBM of Alpharetta could not have been any better.

Dealer has more work to do than time to do it. My GLC B4 check required an overnight stay ( I did have a free loaner). The work appeared to be done well.

I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying a loaner I could have rented a car lot cheaper and service manager did not even spoke to me directly in resolving this issue.

I never stop being extremely impressed with the outfit at RBM Alpharetta. From the beautiful building and clean attractive inside, I always feel like I am special when I arrive AND when I leave (especially when driving off in a new MB). I purchased a wonderful new car and was treated like a king all the way around.
