Experience with Mercedes GLS 2020

RBM of Alpharetta was a very pleasant experience and working with David Wang on finalizing my car, the stories we shared about our culture, the way they treat customers and trying their best to give a good deal. I would recommend working with RBM and David for a fun shopping experience.

My experience with RBM of Alpharetta was perfect from...

My experience with RBM of Alpharetta was perfect from start to finish. I called trying to find any GLE 450 to test drive, and an hour later Kagan Scott called me back to say that a GLE 450 in my preferred color combination had just come in. Once there I was greeted by Kagan and then was introduced to Vadim Russu who took me through my test drive. Vadim was so friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car. I decided to buy the car at around 4:30 and I was out the door by 6:00, as Vadim promised, so I could make a dinner engagement. He and Kagan worked as a team to get the deal closed, paperwork done and me out the door in record time. Such a different experience from previous car purchases at other dealerships. This was my first time buying from RBM of Alpharetta, but it won’t be my last. Vadim toured me around the showroom and service department before we left. It’s a beautiful dealership. But what makes it so great is the people who work there. Thank you Kagan, Vadim, Tom and Diane for making buying my beautiful GLE 450 such a positive experience.

Just Started the Search

I didn't buy a car yet but I went in on a Saturday and Vadim R. helped us, he wasn't pushy and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. When I buy a car I will definitely be buying from Vadim R. at RBM of Alphabetical.

Amazing staff

This was our first experience working with RBM of Alpharetta and we were absolutely amazed with our experience from the salesperson to the finance manager. Our salesman, Kyle Edson, was nothing short of exceptional with his commitment to first class service and his communication throughout our process was always timely and on point. Great experience with John!

My husband decided to go with the dealership in Alpharetta instead of Tampa where we live. So glad he did! Working with John has been awesome! He even came to Tampa and spent several hours going over all the details of the car. Great experience!!

New Purchase and maintenance

Whether purchasing a new or used car you can expect and will be pleasantly surprised to receive the highest level of service and attention to your car. The salesman made sure I got the car I wanted within my budget and made sure I knew how to use all of the equipment on the car. The financial director went of her way that ultimately save us a significant amount of money on our purchase. We have purchased three cars through RBM and the service department has effectively and efficiently taken care of all maintenance and repair issues to the highest quality of work.
