RBM bait and switch

Was not happy with RBM rep. Kendall who basically wasted my time while trying to pull a wool over my eyes. I’ve stuck with Mercedes because of their service level but it seems they’re no different than Ford when trying to gouge you with bull crap. First he tells me I need to leave my car for a week without even looking at it. I’d just brought it in due to a low battery that threw everything off. Then he tells me he will wash the car as a Mercedes standard (which never happened). He comes back to tell me he spoke with the tech and they will run a FREE diagnostic. He shows me the paperwork from the diagnostic that said everything showed faulty due to previous low voltage. Now that a new battery is in, they just need to clear the faults, then he comes back to tell me that they will need to keep the vehicle because none of the faults disappeared and then comes back to say some of them cleared. What the heck? After I say no, just give me my car back I’ll take it somewhere else, he says his techs were anxious to see where the problem was. Why would it take a week for that if they were looking at it now. On top of that there’s no loaner cars so I’m supposed to w8ng it on my own while my car sits there for a week and they feed me with some outrageous price. I’m too through with Mercedes at this point and this is my third one. I’ll consider BMW or Land Rover for my next vehicle. I had more productive things to do than constantly be lied to.

Leslie - After our initial testing we found many fault codes that pertained to the battery voltage in your vehicle. As a result, we replaced the battery and attempted to clear the fault codes. As you mentioned, several codes would not clear, so further testing was needed to determine the cause. Our request for more time to diagnose the vehicle was to provide a solution to your service issue, assuming that's why you were here. It's true, we did not have a loaner vehicle available at that time, but tried to arrange for an Enterprise rental vehicle at our expense. Unfortunately you declined. LM321 - It's true, after our first initial testing we found many fault codes that pertained to battery voltage. And after attempting to clear the codes, multiple fault codes remained that pertained to the rear SAM (Signal Acquisition Module). The reason our techs requested more time was to diagnose the problem and provide a repair solution. But as you pointed out, by this time there were no more loaner vehicles available. Despite our efforts to call Enterprise and rent you a vehicle at our expense, you declined the offer and took your vehicle elsewhere. It's unfortunate we were unable to satisfy your service needs, but are available if you ever need us in the future.

First time buying a Mercedes-Benz

At RBM of Alpharetta we were warmly greeted by Terri Reese as we searched for the perfect pre-owned car. She went above and beyond to find us that car which she did and we are extremely happy with the choice she helped us make-knowing that it was an important decision. My Car Purchase experience at RBM of Alpharetta

I purchased a 2015 GLK 350 with the help of Salesman Kagan Scott. I pretty much knew when I walked in what year and type car I wanted but needed help with all the details beyond that. Kagan was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of Mercedes Benz is unbelievable and his patience with me in selecting everything was admirable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He is definitely who I will contact when I purchase my next car.

Honest Opinion- Customer

KYLE Our Sales person was one of the best i have ever worked with. He was what you would look for in a salesperson. I would trust him selling to my mother and daughter. He made the purchase Easy. No going back and forth playing games. I purchased another Mercedes three months ago from another dealership that i would give a two rating. I will come to Kyle at RBM for future purchases.
