Outstanding Experience

We had an amazing experience @ RBM Alpharetta. Vadim and his team were outstanding from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this dealership as they pay so much attention to detail. Love my new car.

Customer for Life!

I had totaled my 2013 C-250 and needed another car. After using my insurance car buying option, Ramona contacted me immediately, asking about my family’s safety after the wreck and how she could help. I was able to secure an incentive of $1750 from my insurance, but it was due to expire before I received the money for my previous car. At RBM, I met Reza, who assisted me in choosing a 2018 C-300 on hold. Later, I scheduled an appointment with Ramona to finalize the paperwork and set up my mbrace. Lisa talked us through the purchase, as well as any extra warranties and support that I felt I needed. She also was able to refund a $1248 from my previous warranty! Elizabeth did a great job with her tutorial on utilizing all the features in the vehicle. Such wonderful personalized service, especially with Ramona expediting my purchase! And, after figuring in an additional service and refund, my new 2018 C-300 cost $2136 than my 2013 C-250!!!

Excellent Customer Service and Experience

I went to RBM to purchase a vehicle I found on the website that was a trade-in. Upon arrival I was greeted by several members of the staff and immediately felt comfortable. Andy Sayers was the person who helped me from initial test drive all the way to finalizing my purchase. While I was nervous this would be a painful and stressful car buying process, Andy made it simple and low pressure. I would highly recommend going to RBM and working with Andy!

Professional staff made for a pleasant buying experience

I have been buying cars for 50 years

I have been buying cars for 50 years and have been to many dealers in the past. This is without a doubt my most enjoyable experience. My salesman was Kyle Edson and he was knowledgeable,polite, extremely helpful, answering all questions with enthusiasm and with a smile. Not only he has a most delightful personality he also gave me an excellent deal, $ 1000 less than other dealers.I told him that from now on I will only buy cars from him. It is with the utmost confidence that I highly recommend him to all. You will love him and if you use him I can guarantee that it will be your best experience with a car salesman and you will leave with a smile. I must have called him 2 or 3 times for additional questions after buying the car and he always answered all questions in a most pleasant way.. He made my day and I left fully satisfied, with a smile.

Best customer service I ever experianced

Vadim Russu took my car buying experience to the next level. I commuted 500 miles to pick up my car at RBM. Vadim routed me to the train station from the Airport and personally picked me up. He brought me refreshments and made sure I was comfortable thought out the process of completion of the purchase. I would like to thank RBM leadership and the whole team of placing customers first and making a difference for better in our car purchases. I will be back to but my next car from this dealership.
