RBM of Alpharetta

We have been shopping for a new car for about a year. We shopped many different brands and dealerships. One of our last stops was RBM of Alpharetta, what a friendly group of people! We had such a great experience with our salesperson Kyle Edson from RBM of Alpharetta. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our many, many questions, went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want a salesperson that works to find your perfect car, Kyle Edson is your guy and you will love this dealership.

From the first time I came in to the time Pam, came over to my house to program my remote for the garage door.(two times) I was so very happy with the way I was treated. Thank you Pam!!!

Michael is a terrific at his job . From the moment I walked in, his low pressure laid back manner made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about every model Mercedes makes and takes his time to go over your needs and wants to make sure you get the right car . I was considering 3 different cars: Jaguar XJL, top of the line, loaded Escalade ESV or Mercedes S 550. I wanted a specific exterior/interior color combo and I wanted new or almost new with extremely low miles . It came down to the long term relationship with the dealership and the sales person . Michael’s follow up was informative and not pushy . He, Neil ( the sales manager ) and Tom who handles the signing and transaction made the decision easy. They are the whole package and RBM Alpharetta offers the best customer service in the business. I’m buying all my cars now through Michael Pietrzak and RBM Alpharetta. They make it easy to find the exact car you are looking for , they have the best deals with even better warranties and they keep their word. I didn’t have to write this review but my experience was so fantastic that I wanted to share it .

Jeff Twiggs is the man! It was a long 8 hour day (myself being picky) trying to find the right car for me to lease and he did everything I requested and gave me great advice to help me out. We had a lot in common and I wish more sales people would be like him. Shout out to the best Jeff Twiggs from RBM Alpharetta Mercedes’s Benz. Sharon was also great!

We love RBM Alpharetta! From David Wang our all time favorite sales Guru to Lisa B in Finance to Diane our favorite bells and whistles person! The whole experience is Ez and hassle free! Service Department Steve is a rockstar too! Wouldn’t think of going to a different dealership!
