If Bill Favini works there it must be good!

Bill is the BEST salesperson we have ever had period! We purchased dozens of cars and trucks for business and personal use and the best salesperson since 1990 when we bought our first 2 Infinity’s bar none is Bill Favini! 2 days ago we bought another brand new car and we were very patient with the newer salesperson. I lost track of time and before I knew it 5 hours went by and they hadn’t PDI the vehicle yet. We had to leave the Car Dealership to make our 5:30 dinner appt with a client and we couldn’t leave until 6:45 because our car wasn’t ready yet and our trade was already theirs. We ended up driving our old car to the dinner appt and came back to the dealer by 9pm to PU our new car. I told My wife remember when we would call Bill Favini in California and he would have our cars clean and ready for PU at the dealer and we were out in 15 minutes! I said wow that was the good old days Bill made it a great process and we wished he was still In California.

Great Experoence

This is the fifth car I have purchased or leased from David Wang at RBM of Alpharetta. I do business with people I like, and David is the best -- always a great experience to do business with professionals - David, Tom Ahern and Donnie Moore..

Incredible Service Time After Time

Bill Winslow has been our sales representative for many years. We have purchased 7 cars from the dealership over the many years. Each time our experience gets better and better. This December we were looking for a particular color combination and Bill was able to find the SUV we wanted, had it shipped in and had it ready to drive away in under an hour. Service is the best in Atlanta. If you are looking for a new Mercedes ask for Bill Winslow at RBM.

Michael Pietrazk is awesome

This is our first Mercedes purchase and by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Michael was super responsive electronically as well as by phone, very thorough, understood what we were looking for in a vehicle, worked to find options around the country, and made the actual sale SEEMLESS. It took us less time to trade-in, purchase, go through financing, and delivery specialist ... than it does for us to go through the grocery store. I recommend this dealer and especially our sales associate. He gets how people shop in 2017.

Personal Attention Was The "Key" with our Metris Van !!

The experience with every member of the RBM staff was so different than any other car purchase we've made. The excellent knowledge and attention we were given by our salesman, Vadim Russo, was certainly what put it over the top. He took special care to be sure we had every question answered, every detail of the van explained clearly, and all of the paperwork and process of closing the sale went smoothly with him guiding us through. Everyone we met at the dealership was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, no matter what department they represented. We look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with the RBM family in Alpharetta.

Best Sales Experience Ever!

I just purchased a 2015 Benz from David Wang and can honestly say that I have never had a better car purchase experience in my life. He was straightforward, honest, and fun to work with. This is my 2nd Benz purchase from David and I'm guessing that there will be more to come. Their service on my 1st Benz has been impeccable!

A great car buying experience!!'

First. Of all, I had not bought a car in the last 16 yrs! So, I was somewhat nervous about the overall buying process. Well, I was blessed with a great salesperson, Mr. Scott!!! Dan Berry Unreal Experience

Buying is stressful enough, but Dan Berry from RBM of Alpharetta makes this process as smooth and natural as could be. We have been buying cars from Dan for the past 15 years and would not want to go with anyone else.
