Good experience

Bill was not pushy and he was no nonsense and worked with me to help me understand the C-63s and all of the options, etc. I enjoyed the experience and I am enjoying the car thus far. - ML

Our First Time Purchasing a Mercedes-Benz

We just bought a new 2017 E300 sedan from RBM of Alpharetta. Our salesman was Dan Berry. We have been buying from Lexus for nearly 20 years. This time, our on-line research convinced us to take a look at Mercedes. We went to RBM of Alpharetta to see the E300 and possibly take a test drive. If we were not impressed with the car, or if we sensed problems with the dealer, we were going to the Lexus dealer. We found the E300 to be beautiful, comfortable, and technically impressive, a step ahead of Lexus in my opinion.. Everyone we encountered at RBM of Alpharetta was cordial and professional. Dan Berry was knowledgable and very easy to work with. We learned a lot about the car on the test drive, thanks to Dan, and we appreciate his help deciding which options we wanted. The entire purchasing experience was simple and easy. At no time did we feel pressured or manipulated in any way. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta and our salesman, Dan Berry.

sunshine on a rainy day

Kyle procured the car we wanted in a timely manner and at a competitive price. He was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and helpful. He even played a video of some of his banjo music for us. We really enjoyed "visiting" with him and sharing stories. Tom handled the paperwork on our trade-in and presented warranty/insurance options with a smile..... and no pressure to sign up for anything. We drove to Alpharetta in the rain, but when we got into our new car, the skies turned blue and we drove home to Augusta in the sunshine.

First Mercedes buying experience

I found the Mercedes I wanted online at RBM of Alpharetta. I emailed them about the ML350 and in no time Bill called me! He made the whole process a great experience and was a pleasure to work with.

Purchasing a 4x4 Sprinter through Sheaffer Cheek

We were looking to customize our 4x4 Sprinter aka Iceberg, and Sheaffer helped us do just that. He did everything he could including calling corporate and adding many of the options we wanted on our Sprinter to ensure that we got the best car for the best deal. We have absolutely no complaints. Every time we take a trip in our new car, we are reminded of the fact that the year-long wait was totally worth it and we enjoy the detailed craftsmanship and care that went into making the best, most roomy car out there.

Airstream Interstate 5 Star Experience
