Excellent sales representative!

Ramona is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a sales representative who does not just try to sell a car to the customer, instead she helped us with the car buying process and did everything possible to make us comfortable with the transaction. She went above and beyond to make sure we made an informed decision. Ramona answered all of our questions and responded quickly to text messages and phone calls. She spent a lot of time showing us all available options, including pre-owned, dealer demos, and brand new cars. Ramona also works closely with the financial team to make sure her customers have a great buying experience. She worked hard to present us with a lot of different cars and the best price for each one. By the end we knew that we were making the best choice thanks to all of her assistance and hard work to get us a great deal on the right car.

Exceptional Salesperson

Kyle Edson met me and treated me like a number one customer. Kyle went the extra steps to see that I had all questions answered. Kyle personally took my auto to be purchased back to service and had priority timing applied in order for me to take delivery rather than returning or have auto delivered. Kyle and RBM of Alpharetta are tops with me!

Amazing People

Andy Sayers at RBM Alpharetta is amazing to work with. This was our first Mercedes and not only does the car live up to its reputation, but Andy and everyone else at RBM Alpharetta go beyond what most places do to make sure you get the car you want. Purchase: 2014 E 350 Cabarolet

Saw this vehicle listed online. We had no prior knowledge of RBM or our contact at the dealership. We did not see the car in person until it was delivered to us in Oregon from Georgia. Dan Berry was the person who helped us through every step of the process from start to finish. I cannot say enough about Dan. We could not have stumbled upon a nicer, more competent person to help us work through this long distance purchase. With a three hour time difference, there never seemed to be enough hours in the day;but, Dan worked on this from his office, from home, and on more than one of his days off. This includes coming into the dealership on one of those days to personally make sure that our car was loaded properly on the transport truck. From our initial conversation, I took a liking to Dan and quickly felt comfortable and confident. Everything Dan said about the car proved to be very accurate upon delivery. Being a long distance transaction, we did have some minor hiccups (our not being in Georgia to sign documents, differences in state laws, etc.). Dan prevailed throughout and it was a pleasure to work through these small challenges.

Great experience

David Wang was efficient, courteous and transparent. Had a great efficient and amazing expiernce. Sent a request in over the internet and had two cars that met my needs within minutes. Follow up was not overly intrusive and super professonal. Would recommend to anyone. Go see David.

Bill and RBM very good service - five star.....

The automobile purchasing experience at RBM Alpharetta was beyound expectation, my wife and I went into the dealership with intention of using our own credit union financing but with the deal Bill Winslow, Sales/Leasing and the two finance managers offered us, we could not refuse RBM financing for our 2015 sport sedan mb with very low mileage its just like a new vehicle, your great service will certainly bring us back again and tell our friends about you too.
