From the time I shook hands with Ramona Razavi I knew this would have been a great experience, she was warm, welcoming and patient and went through every single detail. Ramona is very knowledgeable on Mercedes products and that made things so much easier. She assisted me in finding a home for Ebony( my C250's name) and had my best interest at heart. Refreshing. That's the word that comes to mind. Greeted within minutes by a young, very well spoken gentlemen who hooked us up with Warren. Warren was responsive, respectful of our time and made sure we had all of the information we needed without being pushy whatsoever. We didn't buy a car from Warren or RBM. I had a grand experience with RBM - Reza Azizi. I recommend them for anyone looking at purchasing a Mercedes. Reza and Vadim were patient and answered all of our questions and we ended up buying the nicest car I have ever had. There is even a lady who goes over the intricacies of the car (like the Navigational system) on the day you buy it. RBM is a great dealership all-around and I even look forward to my first recheck visit at 10,000 miles to see my new friends.
