VERY INSIGHTFUL

RBM ALPHARETTA dealership was a great experience. We came in with uncertainty of not only what brand, but what type of model within the Mercedes line. Kyle Edson did an excellent job of listening, educating us on the differences and advantages between the GL, GLC and GLA until my wife and I found our best match of options and features. Kyle was easy to interact with and was always very responsive with follow up on questions and updates. Would definitely recommend both RBM and Kyle Edson.

Satisfied Customer

Warren Phillips was most personable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right model to meet our needs and requirements. We appreciate his attentiveness during the search for the right vehicle, though the purchasing process and the continued follow up to make sure everything is in order and to our satisfaction. We also appreciate the friendly and welcoming attitude of everyone we dealt with at the dealership. The friendly faces at the reception desk to all the others who checked to see if they could help with anything if we appeared to be in need of assistance. This was in stark contrast to several other dealers where we felt invisible!

A New Car Buying Experience

RBM of Alpharetta made my car buying experience a pleasure. I didn't have a lot of time, they had all of the paperwork complete and the car ready when I arrived for my appointment. Tom in finance made me feel comfortable and was clear in his explanations of all of the paperwork. Excellent experience, I would recommend everyone to RBM of Alpharetta!

VERY INSIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE

Kyle Edson and the RBM Alpharetta dealership were very insightful. Kyle listened and did a great job educating us patiently on the differences, advantages and features of three different models (GL, GLC and GLA) until we were comfortable and certain of the fit. It was an easy and enjoyable experience throughout.

easy, no hassle

Pleasant buying experience

Found the car that fit my requirements in stock with the help of our salesman, George Timmes. It took a short time to value our trade-in vehicle.and close the deal. Every one from the sales manager, service manager, financial staff were very professional and treated my wife and I as if we were their only customer. Diane Evans was wonderful training us on the operation and set up of our vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and fill with gas before we left the dealership.
