It was a joy to have James help me with my automobile...

It was a joy to have James help me with my automobile needs. He was very helpful and also very entertaining. I plan to bring my wife to meet him. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Great Buying Experience

We recently purchased a pre-owned car from Bill Favini for our oldest daughter. Bill and everyone at the dealership made this transaction special for us as well as our daughter. Knowing that it was her first car, they included her in on the entire process. Having purchased several cars over the years, I can honestly say this was the easist purchase we have ever made. I highly reccomend Bill Favini and RBM

This was a great visit, although we didn't come in to buy...

This was a great visit, although we didn't come in to buy car, we came for service on our C300. While talking with David Wang he came up with a great deal we could not refuse. He was very friendly and smile allot, he made my wife feel very comfortable. When it came down to the price of this CLS 550 we came to a mutual agreement, it did not take very long, the price was right. Thanks David.

I bought a used truck from RBM North in January 2012. I...

I bought a used truck from RBM North in January 2012. I was an out-of-town buyer, so getting a clear understanding of the used truck’s condition up-front was extremely important. Nobody wants to travel hundreds of miles only to find out that the “perfect” car wasn’t so perfect after all. To that end, Nick was extremely patient, helpful, and trustworthy. He essentially functioned as my eyes and ears in Atlanta and was very up-front about existing issues with the truck. We quickly negotiated a price and while the price was fair, I probably could have gotten a similar vehicle cheaper somewhere else. However, when you factor in the piece of mind of dealing with a trustworthy team of individuals and a trustworthy dealership and the level of customer service I experienced, it was well worth a few extra bucks. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and was extremely helpful as well. He took the time to explain how to navigate MARTA to get to the dealer and even picked me up at the MARTA station and drove me to RBM. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable during the test drive and inspection, even though the truck was not a Mercedes product. He even managed to set up the memory seats and Bluetooth without having to get out the manual. The car was clean, detailed, and fueled-up waiting for my arrival. Even though I had no chips left to bargain with (I had taken the bus to Atlanta and didn’t buy a return ticket!), Joe made me feel very comfortable and there was no pressure to leave with the truck that day…well at least no pressure from him…I was NOT taking the bus home! The oft-dreaded buying process was quick and painless. The truck was as-described and the price was as-promised over the phone…to the penny. I would highly recommend both Nick and Joe to any out-of-state buyer looking for that perfect used car.

Professional and easy buying process

It was a pleasure dealing with RBM North (Nick and Jon). They made the whole buying process very easy. It was by far the best experience we have had in a car dealership. Negotiating was quick and easy - simple, plain and straight. We will definitely recommend them!

Great buying experience at RBM of Atlanta North

My husband and I had a great buying experience with David Wang at RBM of Atlanta North. David was very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and a man of his word. From our initial contact with the dealer we had a great experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The finance manager, Sharon Thompson was great. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and respetful of our time. This dealer definitely takes customer service very seriously and the treatment we received was first class. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

My husband and I, used David Wang at RBM of Atlanta North to trade in our C300 for a GLK 350. We have never had such a great buying experience in all the vehicles we have bought!! We would definitely recommend David Wang at RBM of Atlanta North to anyone who wants a great deal on a vehicle, great customer service and just an overall great buying experience. For over 10 years we have used the internet to request...

For over 10 years we have used the internet to request dealer bids for any of the cars we purchased. We determined exactly the car and features that were important to us. Then posted our request for quote on line with Cars.com This time we received quotes from 6 Dealers. Nick is head of internet sales for RBM North of Atlanta and our experience was excellent! He immediately got back to us with all the information we needed to make our decision AND his best price, (the first time we asked rather than like some of the dealers who offered to lower their price after we informed them we had made our decision.) We would highly recommend Nick and RBM of Atlanta for any future purchases.
