Adam Denault and the friendly staff at RMB went out of the way to make the entire experience very enjoyable. I spent days searching online until I found the right Mercedes at the right price. Adam explained all the features of the Mercedes and patiently answered all my questions. I give Adam and RBM the highest rating.

I was looking to buy my second Mercedes Benz vehicle, so I started my homework online. When I went into the dealership, I was immediately greated by my salesperson Adam Denault. He was very patience and thorough in handling every aspect of my new car purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car buying experience was flawless. We met Scott Omen at the Atlanta Auto Show this March( we...

We met Scott Omen at the Atlanta Auto Show this March( we had met previously about 4 years ago) and we were looking at new cars. A Mercedes Benz was not at the top of our list at the time, but Scott convinced us to consider the C300 car. After test driving one at your dealership my wife loved the smooth ride and we became very interested in purchasing or leasing a new Mercedes C300. Scott was great with his friendly, sincere, non-pressured, yet highly knowledgable sales approach. I was doing a lot of traveling over the following weeks and Scott was great in working with us and providing information to me via email so that we could correspond while I was traveling. My wife and I love our new car---C300 Sport and are extremely satisfied with the rapport that we had with Scott Omen. Great Job!

Our experience at RBM of North Atlanta was very pleasing....

Our experience at RBM of North Atlanta was very pleasing. The sales rep, Andy Sayers,was extremely attentive, helpful, and best of all he was not pushy in any way. We feel like we got a great deal for our money and have confidence that the customer support will continue throughout our ownership of this car. The dealership was beautiful and was very clean.

We worked with Dave Olson to purchase Scott's new company car. The experience was exceptional. Dave was very helpful in giving information for us to make an informed decision. He was essential in going through all the corporate channels we where limited with to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. We will definately recommend Dave and RBM to our friends.

RBM North is all about "Service to Others." The sales...

RBM North is all about "Service to Others." The sales staff is very friendly and will go more that the extra mile to ensure your purchasing needs are met. The entire purchasing experience exceeded my expectations by a long shot. My wife is driving a Lexus and I will switch her out of that car in into a Mercedes-Benz when it is time to trade based solely on the sales experience at RBM North. RBM's sales staff put the Lexus sales staff to shame because of the "Service to Others" commitment.

I had wonderful service and Bill made buying the car I wanted easy and delightful. I have bought cars from both RBM and RBM North since 1986 - they are the best! I would continue to buy both new and used cars from them again. The service was great and the price as well.

Most positive experience. Enjoyed the whole process,...

Most positive experience. Enjoyed the whole process, everybody from our car sales person to the lady in finance deparment to the manager were extremely helpful and fabulous at their job. They patiently answered all our questions, found us exactly what we wanted, gave us an extremly good price for it and gave us the best price for trade in. I higly recommend this place and I cant stop telling all my friends about how much a I love my car and that if they ever consider buying mercedes, they should be going to RBM of north atlanta.
