I bought 3 cars with Reza in the last 3 months. I think this could be enough to say how much I like this experience. But I want to make sure you look for him while dealing with RBM North. Reza made our process easier and non stressfull at all. We bought 2 cars in November and I just bought a third car last week.

I highly recommend this dealership's service department. From the moment you step out of your car you are pampered and catered to. The Customer Service Reps know their stuff and with their ability to research the synoptic data on your vehicle, they know exactly what services and upgrades should be performed. I have owned many types and makes of vehicles and dealt with many service departments, but I have never been as satisfied as I am with RBM-North. Recently, my local dealer in Coral Gables, Florida, was less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with GEICO. I called RBM of Atlanta-North (we have a second home nearby) and in no time RBM and GEICO reached an agreement acceptable to them and me. The cherry on top was when RBM discovered during a courtesy check that one of the repairs made by the Coral Gables dealer needed to be redone. Had RBM not caught the mistake of the other dealer our car would have been leaking oil all the way back to Miami and likely incurred serious damage. My service advisor (Dan Berry) and his supervisor (Ken Rutter) were excellent throughout - true professionals!

Excellent service, yet again. Third time in, third home run as far as staff, work completed, and price charged. Did not expect this from a Mercedes dealer to be honest. Makes me more and more happy about my purchase every time I go there. Teresa did a heck of a job getting my work done sooner than promised and it cost less than first estimated. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned ML 350 from RBM North. I was very happy with the salesman's open and honest communication and his attention to all the details from the initial visit and test drive to the date of purchase . This was my best car purchase experience ever!
