Easy guys to deal with.

Nice local guys. No pressure, will work in your budget .recomend checking their inventory before you buy somewhere else. I would reccomend them in the future.

Smooth, quick and effortless

Initial thought

Very impressed with the team. I showed up and was seen very quickly. After minimal paperwork was able to test drive the vehicle, make a decision and be on my way. Very efficient and effective interaction, I appreciate that because my time is valuable.

Definitely do NOT recommend

This place is awful all around from our experience. I could probably write a book on all the shady dealings we had with them but I will just say in the end they sold us a car the windshield was broken they covered it up with a sticker and did everything they could to hide it, when we brought it immediately to their attention 24 hours after we left they told us it was our fault and when that didn’t work they said well it passed inspection so we don’t have to fix it. long story short we sued them and won because what they did was fraud. It was a long unnecessary situation that we should not have had to deal with. I recommend going elsewhere god only knows what they try to get over on others.

JD was very rude, will not do business there

My mom and i went to this dealer to look at the 2011 countryman. The "salesman" named JD was very rude. He brought out the keys and said i could start the car. While i was in the vehicle he was being very smug to my mother. Told her i couldnt test drive the vehicle i needed to go inside and talk about financing first. Why would i finance a car im not sure i want yet? Then he continued to imply i was a child and couldnt afford the car by stating to my mom "ill give her a few minutes to play inside". I am 22 years old and make very good money, but not once did he ask me any questions. I will not be returning to this dealer.

Drove away happy

Saw the car we wanted online, called ahead, checked it out, bought it and drove it away in less than an hour. Simple, straight forward, no one tried to up sell us on anything, or wheel and deal. Paperwork all checked out, car passed inspection with zero issues, runs great. Very happy with service.

Disappointed

I called first and told them the two vehicles I wanted to drive. I got there and he said he didn’t have time to let me drive both so pick the one I like better. That bothered me. I wasn’t thrilled with that vehicle and he didn’t offer to let me drive the other one. I saw another vehicle I liked which he did allow me to drive. I then went in to see the finance manager/owner who they first were trying to give me way under market value for my car and then we talked about price but he said he needs a no refundable deposit for it to be serious! I’m sorry dragging my daughter and autistic son all the way to Wakefield and spending 2 hours doesn’t show you I’m serious? To me you just made me feel like your keeping my deposit and saying forget it!!! Yes, I walked in without a man but doesn’t mean I need to be screwed over! So disappointed!!!! Worst experience I have had shopping around. I will buy a car this week but not from them!!!!!!!

Got what I was looking for

I?ve spent several hours searching for a suburban that had the right options and mileage combo and I have driven several hours to do so..I found it here. JD was a good kid to deal with and Al made the paperwork easy... they had a good selection of all types of cars on the lot as well... wish I got a bit more for my trade but that?s the used car game..
