We just purchased a Lexus ES350 a couple of months ago. Could not be any happier with the car. The staff was fabulous to do business with. If you want a great car and superior customer service Wakefield Auto Gallery is the place you should go to. We would definitely purchase another auto from them in the future.

Agreed on a deal to buy 2 vehicles and trade in 2 others. But, when we arrived to pick up new cars and drop off the trades they started hemming and hawing on our agreed price. Then the "computers were down" and we wouldn't be able to take possession of the vehicles until the next day. (Takes an hour to get there in traffic!) So, we left disappointed and feeling used. Took our business elsewhere. You should too.

We went to Wakefield Auto Gallery after visiting a few other dealerships. We had a situation of being upside down in a vehicle, but needing something larger for growing children. Wakefield Auto Gallery helped us get a great SUV for a good price, reasonable rate and longer term than we thought we could get on a used vehicle. We were able to roll much of what was owed on the previous vehicle into the new loan. It was a great experience and now we have a reliable vehicle that is large enough for the family. I would recommend Wakefield Auto Gallery to anyone who asks!

Wow where to even begin! Great car buying experience. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted within my monthly payment budget. They even got me the lowest interest rate possible by spending a good amount of time finding a credit union for me. The car was clean and drives perfect. The transaction was smooth and painless. My experience with Wakefield auto gallery was unlike any other experience with a car dealer that i've ever dealt with. Their sales reps do everything they can to make you feel comfortable with the car and don't use any high pressure sales tactics. The finance manager Al is excellent as well he did everything possible to get me approved for the loan at a great interest rate. I highly recommend this dealer to any one looking to deal with honest people and no high pressure sales tactics.
