2011 Honda accord =)

I was searching for a Honda Accord for over 2 weeks! When I came across this one for such a great price I had to come in and check it out. Did my research and it was the best price in Massachusetts. Junior my sales man who spoke Spanish made everything so much easier for me and was very attentive. After the whole process I was very satisfied with the way it was handled.

Honda Odyssey EX-L 2009

We love our new Honda Odyssey and feel we got a great deal for it. However, our "buying experience" wasn't very good due to the fact that we had another car shoved on us. We knew we wanted a Honda Odyssey...we'd researched a ton and knew it was the car for us. Found it on cars.com and went into check it out. We sat down with Alex who was very pleasant, but after discovering the Honda was very slightly over our budget, kept trying to convince us that we wanted a different mini-van with all the features we specifically told him we didn't want. The other van was 3 years older, though it pretty good condition. He showed us the ins and outs of the other van but when we asked to see the Honda, he had it brought out and then returned inside, leaving us to view it with another salesperson who stood quietly by. Junior was polite and answered questions, but didn't do much to show off the van. It was clear they wanted us to buy the other van and not the Honda as they did nothing to try to convince us to buy it. We felt like we had to convince them to let us look at it! Also you should know, this is a "one price" store and they don't negotiate. Although we submitted an "offer" of a lower price and it was accepted, we had to submit it to the manager and wait a day to hear if they accepted it. The car was within our budget, but as soon as they tacked on all of their "fees", it bumped it over by $400. So all in all, we are very happy with our van, although the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

Hi Honda Owners So sorry for that misunderstanding ,sometimes we like to watch out for our customers budget more so than the customers themslves,i am so glad we were able to take a few hundred off of the Honda odyssey van even though we are a one priced store and happy that we were able to fit this honda odyssey into your budget as well as you being very happy with your new van...we hope to get it right the next time around...

Great experience buying car

I came here in search of a car and was absolutely pleased with the service. Cody met with me and let me peruse through the cars available, with no pressure and assisted me with all the questions and concerns that I had. We took a test drive and let me ask him about different features of the car and, again, put absolutely no pressure on me regarding the car buying process. I selected an 08 Nissan Sentra and had a great experience with Alex while financing the car and completing all of the paperwork needed. I would highly recommend Wakefield Auto Gallery.

I went in looking at an escalade. The service I recited was great from the salesman. After a test drive I didn't like the vehicle but would have bought it if I had liked it.
