Went to buy car here yesterday that i was so excited about. They needed my husband on loan to qualify. Was suppose to come in today and sign paperwork Only to find out that after he had applied online and our credit was pulled, they sold the car today to someone else. It is awful customer service to do that to someone. We literally were approved but they had “a better offer” so they took it. Really shady practice. Gentlemen that was helping me was very nice, but I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will continue to purchase our cars up north. We’ve never ever had a bad transaction.

We ended up buying a car from here. The experience was a good one except for the salesman becoming upset when I said I wanted more for my trade in. However, the manger handled it well and was extremely nice and did offer more for it. It still was way under what I had expected so I ended up keeping my car. The buying process was not exactly difficult. It was just quite long. We were there all day but did end up leaving with a nice used car.

Please dont do business with this dealer. Really quick on taking your money but no willing to help you. I got a use 2016 mercedes benz c300. Trusting the mercedes brand and service. I got it online the sell person told me that there were some minors scratches. The. Picture's are ok. But when the car got deliver the rear tire have no thread on the inside. It luck like an ailment problem. I contacted the sell person to see if they can replace the tires. The sells manager say not, you own the car now, you go bay some new tires. He says the car pass VA safety inspection. So you are on you own. I felt like. I JUST GOT A CAR FROM THE CORNER LOT NO A mercedes benz dealer. I hope the other mersedes benz dealer are not like this one. I have called MB USA and summited a service claim. Just dont buy from them.

Carlos Rodriguez at Mercedes of Fredericksburg was attentive, proficient and caring. He was also thorough and extremely helpful. Whitney Cobb in finance was honest, fair and forthright! Additionally, the store sales manager, Nick Paone greeted my husband and I to thank us for our business and offered to help with anything we needed as we were leaving. True customer service at its best! I'll definitely return to do business with Carlos and this dealership again.
