Outstanding buying experience

Mercedes of Fredericksburg's Carlos Rodriguez and Marcus Martin were instrumental in helping our family of four find our next family car. They listened to our needs, our extra wants, and put us in several cars that exceeded our expectations in a range of prices that we could consider from Mercedes to Audis and Volvos. Our final selection exceeded all of our expectations within a price point that worked with our budget. The whole team made the buying process honest, easy, and relaxed --- we will be back for our next vehicle!

Great experience

My experience with all parties at the dealership were outstanding. Shawn O’Donnell went above and beyond to provide everything we asked for. This was the best buying experience I’ve had. My wife and I have purchased in excess of 10 vehicles. I recommended this dealership to a couple of fellow Mercedes owners.

Great dealership; issue with natnl MB service

I needed a second key for a pre-owned MB I had purchased. Visited Huber to order key, returned for programming. They were unable to complete programming as MB national system for same was down, so I had to return (90 mi round trip) second time. A discount would’ve been appreciated for the inconvenience. Dealership personnel were very friendly and efficient. Dealership was immaculate and waiting lounge was welcoming, clean, and well stocked. Although I am closer to Richmond dealerships, the friendliness and efficiency of Huber is far superior.

Great customer service

Every issue was explained in great detail and completed in a timely fashion. Ian is a true professional and I would recommend the service department and sales to any newcomer.

Electrical brake

Excellent timely repair. They fixed my car in one day and called with updates. Very happy with the spotless facility and courteous staff. Would certainly go back.

Pleasant and Accommodating

Dealing with the public is difficult. Especially when someone is spending a lot of money. I made contact through the internet with Marcus Martin and was assigned Carlos Rodriguez for our visit. Mr. Rodriguez is the salesman benchmark. He was very patient throughout the visit and answered all our questions. He made sure we were comfortable with the answers. The final deal was very accommodating. After we agreed on a fair price, the dealer agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home due to my recent operation with no driving order.

MERCEDES GLE350

Incredible smooth experience. Dealership from Finance to sales was positive. They were patient and offered different options. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car.

Treated like family!

As soon as I put in the request online to see the vehicle I felt taken care of. I was emailed a packet full of all the information I could have asked for before seeing the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership and saw the truck, it was exactly as advertised. The salesman who helped me, Shawn, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and could answer any question I had. He was also extremely friendly and made the entire experience as quick and painless as possible.
