Patient and helpful

The staff was patient and helpful with us as we found a vehicle for my son. They answered our questions and repaired a part for us to complete the sale.

Backup camera

Have been dealing with the backup camera not working and showing either a blank screen or hist snow. It has been looked at at least three times without being fixed. They looked at it and said they could not reproduce it but I have pictures to show what it does. When asking about it while picking up, I was told it will break eventually which is the complete wrong answer. I explained that the issue is either a wiring issue or it is the controller since the camera does seem to show a clean picture when it works and the console in the truck never has any issues except with the camera. That tells me it is one of the above. I was told again that it will break eventually. To me that is not the right answer and the controller should be replaced to see if that fixes it. If not then it would be a wiring issue. I am not happy about this since I have had the truck in there multiple times for the camera with no resolve yet. To tell the customer it will break eventually is not a good answer when we are paying a lot of money for our vehicle every month.

Customer Oriented

We had to replace 2 vehicles at once. We looked at other used car lots and didnt care for the staff. Found one we liked on the lot spoke with Ryan Jones and bought it. Our salesman Ryan asked if we had a few days to find another one we liked and he came through like a champ. He and his manager Nate are two great people to work with.

Service oil change

Geoff Sutton was Great!

Geoff Sutton was sales person. Stayed open passed closed the first night we went there, had to work out some details with the banks but was able to get me to the payment we needed to be at with a nicer car then we expected to buy. I really felt like he was going above and beyound. Then stayed passed closed the day we baught car since I had to work late, also went over every feature with my wife after sale even setting up her phone for bluetooth. He will have all my business in future.

Geoff Sutton was Great!

Geoff Sutton was sales person. Some of the nicest people ever! Thank you!

Geoff Sutton and Curt Peeling were super friendly and helpful. And the woman who did my financing (I’m so sorry, I didn’t write down her name!) was just awesome. I don’t have the best credit (frankly, it’s awful) and I went into the dealership fully expecting to not be approved to finance a new car which I really wanted to do. I have co-owned cars in the past but I wanted to do this one completely on my own. So Geoff and the very nice finance woman worked their MAGIC! I am so happy and I’m over the moon that I was able to purchase my own 2019 Jeep Cherokee! If I could leave tons and tons of reviews for them, I would. And I would also like to note that Geoff enlisted the help of someone to show me everything about my car after he had a customer come in (it was a very busy Saturday by this time). And that gentleman was great too! I was just so impressed with all of them. Thank you Len Stoler!

Best dealership around

My sales rep was Erik Sparks and manager Dwayne Burke both were beyond awesome. Great customer service and friendly staff what more could you ask for. I highly recommend you buy by your car here used or new.

Excellent experience,
