I wanted to commend Chase Hall my salesman at Len Stoler Dodge Jeep Ram. I can't be pleased enough my new truck. Chase was friendly, professional, and very engaged. He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction with the sale. He explained every part of the process and never once made me feel pressured. He's also been very responsive and diligent to ensure that all the custom work is done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy from the brand. I was also very impressed with Tonay who handled the finance side of the sale. He explained everything in detail and ensured that I got the best financing possible. He was also very prompt and did his best not to keep me waiting forever to get the sales paperwork done. The staff at Len Stoler have been very friendly and helpful.

Looked online and found a car to purchase for daughter,
Looked online and found a car to purchase for daughter, so we went and looked at it. Decided to purchase it, but after starting paperwork I was disclosed about a dent in the driver odor and inquired about having it it fixed but they said they wouldn’t fix it. It was not disclosed on the online description of the car. Then after signing all the paperwork we told that we couldn’t take the car with us because it needed parts in that were on order. So I said ok cause they did give me a loaner to use but that’s not the point. So they called on Monday saying I could pick up the car, so I thought it was fixed but I was wrong. I picked up the car and made it not even 2 miles down the road and the service 4wd light came on. So I called the dealership and they said to bring it back. They gave me another loaner. So after a week and half they finally called to say it was completed. I picked the car up and they really had nothing to say about my experience with them. So I’m here to say that I’ll never deal with this dealership again.

I never write reviews, I don't think I've done so in my
I never write reviews, I don't think I've done so in my life. We purchased a 2018 ford explorer on June 7th. The dealership was closing after our purchase, we get 15 minutes down the road and the vehicle starts having issues. We contact the dealership first thing the next business day they are open to bring it back in for diagnostic testing and to be serviced. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and I call 1-2 times a day because I have no idea what is going on. Finally, last Friday, 6/20, between my husband and myself calling about 7 times we finally got a phone call back. Our service advisor, Hannah, promised to give us an answer on the plan of action on Monday, 6/23. It is now Friday 6/27, I've called everyday and still Hannah has not called us back. I m truly curious if anyone else has had this issue and what did you do to resolve this?
