My name is Avery and I was assisted by Ryan Jones. He did a phenomenal job of allowing me to peruse at my leisure without bombarding with a lot of sales talk. I know what I wanted and Ryan did a superb job of helping make the entire process as seamless as he possibly could. There were a few grievances, such as my gas tank not being filled up, but other than that I would recommend Len Stoler dealership to others.

Beware
Changed pricing after given a quote and committing to a deal. Beware. Shady, shady dealer. Salesperson preferred texting and when trying to converse in person didn’t seem to be able to make time.

I had three quotes from three dealers to build a vehicle from the factory. Len Stoler matched the best price quote, had my vehicle built, kept me in the loop the whole time and made financing and closing a breeze. Geoff Sutton was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process seamless.

They are getting worse.
went in for an oil change after needing two weeks to get an appointment for this 15 minute job. Also asked that they replace the wipers. Paid 50% more for the oil change than the last time at Jiffy Lube (went there because I couldn't get an appointment in one week). They didn't change the wipers (took the car somewhere else the next business day) and the inspection report didn't even show the wipers as needing replacement when about three inches of blade was pulled off. This was reported as okay, so it was obviously not checked. What else wasn't checked.
