Friendly and Honest Service Department

Friendly and fast service, as always. Came in for an oil change on my 10 year old truck. I also told them my windshield washers weren't working. They checked all the fluids, the brakes, etc. They got the washers working as well. I just paid for the oil change. Just a story to illustrate that the Lunghamer Chevrolet service department is honest, and only fixes the things that need fixing.

Awesome service.

Upon entering your business, I was treated so well by one of your employee Steve Winkler. His knowledge and assistance was awesome. There was also a gentleman in your body shop that was also so helpful to take time out to apply screws near my tire. You guys are wonderful. Thank you!

Dealership got me a great loan on a new truck. They had the Silverado 2500HD truck in stock that I was looking for. Walked in and out in the same day with the truck.

Oil change

Simple oil change but they scratched my hood and lost my tire valve cap filling my tires with air.

Magical

Very positive experience for my wife and I. Colin Paul, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. He answered all of our questions and provided us with the information we needed to buy the vehicle. We felt confident that we could buy our new vehicle at this dealership and get what we wanted as far as quality, service, and selections. The paperwork on the sales was handled in a very efficient fashion. We have bought many vehicles over the years, and this sales/selection process was the best experience we have had while buying a new vehicle. In some ways, the whole situation was magical - particularly given the current sales climate in these Covid times.

Oil change requires scheduling

I prepaid oil changes when I leased my Equinox at Lunghamer. Recently, I tried to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. The next available appointment was three days out. I declined and called Ed Rinke, where for an oil change I could come in at any time. However, once there, in the documentation to my car that is available to them online, they did not find any documentation about prepaid oil changes. I declined paid service and scheduled an appointment with Lunghamer, again three days out for 11 AM. I arrived at 1030 AM and was served immediately; by 11 AM the car was ready for pick-up.
