Big mistake

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MOUNTAIN VIEW 153. These people here will promise you the world and then back out of it. When they tell you they will save you thousands using their in house financing it's a bunch of crap. When they promise you free oil changes because they messed up its a lie. Find a place that will be true to their word. This place is a joke.

Worst dealership ever!

I have been trying to reach out to the manager for weeks. He will not return my calls!? My husband calls from his phone and he answers the first call. I bought my Ford Explorer from them and purchased GAP insurance. I paid the car off in 2 years. I even went out there to fill out the paperwork to cancel it. Oh course they can’t find it!im very upset that they didn’t take my call but a man’s call first time! I bought the car alone. I was the customer! Never again! Don’t discriminate because Im a female!

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership I have ever come across. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here. They do not have good customer service. They will sell u a car most definitely. But they won’t help you if there is a problem with it.

Bought a high end used car there and not 30 min down the road after signing paperwork, the check engine light comes on and they tell me that my problem because no warranty. Was 2nd vehicle I purchased from them....and last. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Caveat emptor.

I give them one star because you can’t give zero stars. The only positive thing I have to say about this dealership is that after I searched the southeast for about three months, Mtn View was only one of two dealerships that had the car I was looking for. They didn’t put a price on the website for the car I bought until after I’d already signed the paperwork to but it and the price they had listed was $1,000 less than what they charged me. I gave them a $5,000 down payment plus I had a trade in and I’ll look over the write up on it and kiss your a$$ if you can show me where my money/trade in went. Then they kept my car for five days after I signed the paperwork because they were “servicing” it, but when I took it for an oil change the oil was low and my technician said there was no way it had been changed when I bought it. I’m sure the smartass that works there that reads these reviews will have please of derogatory remarks about my punctuation or something but that will just better show their lack of professionalism. I love my car, but this dealership is terrible.

Service department worst ever

I bought a 2017 Buick Encore which had terrible smoke smell. I was gauranteed it would be removed 100% Which never happened. It went through their checkout in service 10 days later I got the car. 1 week later the engine light came on as well as oil service notification as well as front end issues. I saw management and was told that service would check all the above out. 1 week later I was told that their warranty did not cover the hose issue $345 and after picking up the car NOTHING other than the hose issue was done! I had a great experience with Jace in sales but was deceived by everyone else

Oh NO James. I just checked with our Service manager to find out more about this situation. I'm hoping that our warranty company doesn't read our reviews, because he told me that we advised you that the extended warranty isn't valid for "commercial" vehicles, which as a Door Dash driver, your Buick would be in that category. The first time you brought it in you'd already put 1100 miles on it at which time we repaired all oil and fluid leaks. Apparently at that time we advised you of the commercial vehicle policy for extended warranties, but one week and 1000 miles later, you stopped back in with a battery and check engine light issue. I'm sorry that we didn't meet your expectations but I'm sure we will see you around, as our sales team lives on Door Dash deliveries. Be safe

Worthless

I went in they took my car as a trade in and then also i used it for my friends down payment as well when i told them no my car isn’t to be used for nobody but me n no i don’t want her on my stuff but since i couldn’t breath I’m there the air was thick they took full advantage yes i got a car drove off with dealer tag went next day for mother to co-sign and no My name was no where then when i asked they told me bring it back we will Act like we didn’t do business and i did and my title signed had to go get it downtown but that office claims they have no affiliation with them and hang up in ur face and i continue to get letters on this car

Dear Katherine, I'm so sorry that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. First, let me say that anytime a customer uses false payroll stubs it puts us as a dealership in a precarious spot with our lenders. We are normally able to spot fake documents. Secondly, while I'm having a little bit of a tough time reading thru with no punctuation, however, I think I'm reading that you were going to be using a portion of your trade value for a friend to purchase? That wouldn't be possible and I'm sure our mgt team went over the state rules that we have to go by concerning trades. Finally, I think we actually did you a favor backing out of the deal due to the irregularities of the documents you provided which were the basis of the financial approval in the first place. Worst Experience Ever!

Horrible Experience from the beginning!!! From being blown off on getting a worksheet on a truck I inquired about to getting an apology video from the sales manager and telling me they will make this right by discounting the truck for me. We agreed on numbers and they run my credit and submit it to the bank and tell me I'm approved and then they sell the truck to someone else! Only way I found out was having to call in the next day since no one would answer the text messages all of a sudden!

Steven Moore was our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! He was honest and really treated us like family. He helped find the perfect car that met every need we had. I would highly recommend going to talk to Steven. He will go above and beyond what is expected!

Waited for 15 minutes to discuss a vehicle....

I will not recommend going to this place. One they are not a Wholesaler, but a Used car lot dealer. There is a huge difference. Manufactor then.....Wholesale is before Retail sales then Resell for used. Always has been, Always will be...Was lied to about this right off. Not smart. I will also not recommend going to this place because of the failure with the sales department. They failed to communicate when needed...I waited 15 minutes, more than enough time to wait to get any and all my questions answered. RUN, DO NOT STOP, RUN. Thank you!!
