Recalled Ford Transit dealer brushed me off

I purchased a 2016 Ford Transit on Jan 2nd 2021 three weeks after that I notified sales person we had an issue I was told I can take the truck to any Ford dealer to be repaired since I am almost an hour from Mountain View Ford I chose to take it to Cleveland Ford to be diagnosed and was told I need to take it back to Chattanooga for service each time I take the truck to Chatanooga to be looked at it cost me a days work I work in Knoxville and Maryville every day I simply ask for a loaner while the truck was in the shop and was told that they would not by any means provide me with a loaner The level of service from this dealer is the worst I have ever experienced So once you drive the car off the lot your pretty much screwed don't ask them for help so you can stay working and actually pay for the dam thing I have sent two other people to this dealer in the past three cars were sold from my referrals I am sorry I did that now

Buick encore 2014

I usually recommend this car dealership to my family and friends but I will never do that again the car salesman was fine the polished turd car they sold me was overpriced and I had to pay over $ 1700 in repairs so I got ripped off by a used car dealership . Buick Encore 2014 was the worst year for Buicks I caught my puke car.

Buick encore 2014

I bought a Buick Encore from Mountain View it's a polished turd and it is a lemon that's cost me a lot of money it did not help to talk to the manager and the owner manager whatever he is never returned my call or text me so they don't really give a xxxx about you

3peat customer MtnView@153!!!

This is our 3rd vehicle from MtnView@153 and I have had the pleasure of the same great salesman each time. Jace Flatt (aka Grasshopper) will do everything he can to get you in the vehicle you want at the payment you want and I'm so glad he is my Salesman. Very funny guy that works extra hard for his customers and makes them feel more like family. I definitely recommend MtnView@153 for all your vehicle buying needs as i will in the future.
