I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from them and sent friends and family for vwhicles as well. Each and every time the staff go above and beyond to get me the best trade in and the best interest rate they can. I do shop around first to get an average price and often, they come in at a sticker price $5-15k less than any other dealer. I like the haggle free pricing. I like that theres no pressure. Its always a pleasure doing business with them.

The first time we visited, we were followed around most of the time even though we just wanted to look and talk to each other. To his credit, the salesman did leave us alone for awhile. The second time we came in, we got a different salesman. He was very knowledgeable but persistent in a totally different way but none the less effective. I absolutely love the way your lot is set up and the office spaces. If it would have been more crowded, I would have left. PLEASE next time somebody says they are just looking or getting ideas, let them be for as long as it takes. I know it’s against policy but it should be all about what the customer wants!

I expected the dealership to be open and honest with any issues that the vehicle had. Not all issues were disclosed. I thought the issues that I did find and point out would be reflected in the price negotiations. I was told that the price was not negotiable. On top of that the interest rate was much higher than it should have been with my credit score.
