Haley was top notch, very personable and not “sales man-y” if you know what I mean. She wasn’t pushy but took my wants/needs into consideration and came with solutions! Haley is very knowledgeable in terms of vehicles, which is amazing in addition to her real, kind and relatable personality. She made buying a car easy (for the first time). Matt in finance, made the final purchase process effortless, taking into consideration our time and looking for the best rates possible. I don’t know how he pulled it off but it was the shortest most efficient time dealing with finance I’ve ever had. This is a no nonsense-sense, customer service oriented business. Matt if they ever have a convention you definitely will be in the top.

I called Rich asking about a great deal I saw online, we got there late and unfortunately couldn’t contact a bank. Two days later after negotiations we got to an agreement and I got the car I wanted! Really happy with t their customer service as well.

This was my fourth car I have purchased from AutoMax Ocala and the best experience yet! TJ asked several questions to understand what vehicle would best fit my needs. We looked at several different styles/models/brands and this guy knows his stuff!! Rattled off safety ratings, features, specs, etc. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to get me into a great vehicle that fit my budget. Matt completed the paperwork. The process went smooth and he explained quickly and efficiently what I was signing and made sure all my questions were answered. We finalized the sale after banking hours. Matt called me the next day to let me know I was approved through another financing company for a lower interest rate. I went back in the next day to resign the paperwork for a lower payment. The following day, I had warning light pop up. I emailed TJ and had a response and a solution very quickly. I am over the moon with this experience and how Matt and TJ both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely refer TJ, Matt, and AutoMax for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for a great experience and for saving my single mom monies! :)
