Overall the experience was great I would have given 5 stars but my only complaint is that when trying to Negotiate about getting a spare tire which the car was missing upon inspection the sales person went to ask sales manager and the sales manager said that is not something they are will to do, so spent 13,000.00 but not will to get me the spare tire the car came with when it was brand new. They could have lost a deal over a simple tire not good

They WILL put you in a nice affordable ride. I checked every dealership in the surrounding area through an internet app. I always came back to Automax. From the internet sales agents to the sales agent was respectful and professional. The financial manager found a way to get it done. Spectacular!

We love that they disclose all the information about the car on the window, no guessing or having to find someone to ask. Very fair on pricing. My family has purchased 2 cars from them. I would very much recommend AutoMax if looking for a pre-owned car. Sales person Kelly Kish was Fabulous to deal with, she knows her products.

Great prices, everyone was super nice!! It was a fabulous experience. I would definitely buy from them in the future. They have great used cars, unlike other used delearships that have vehicles that have been abused.

I am actually shocked that the rating is so low. I personally had a great experience. After weeks of searching online and comparing prices I decided it was time to go see the cars in person. Auto max was last on my list because it was farthest from my home but I should have just gone there first and saved myself the headache. I found they were very upfront with the prices and very honest. Donte was my sales person and he was great. He was very friendly and I really felt like he worked hard with us and for us to get us what I feel is a very fair price on our auto. Our finance guy was Dan and he also was very nice and had us in and out and in our new vehicle in no time. There was some negotiation and some back and forth but I have bought cars from various dealers recently and I really have to hand it to Automax because they made me feel like a valued customer. I don’t know maybe our sales rep Dante was just extraordinary

Liked vehicle but found out truck has brake problems. So much for their vehicle inspection. They also don't allow returns if you don't like vehicle or if it has problems. Get vehicle inspected by mechanic before you buy from them or go to dealership who warrant their used cars
