Automax of Ocala

Traded in my 2018 4Runner for a 2019 Dodge Ram Rebel. Showed up around 4pm and left the dealership at around 7:20 with my new truck after test driving and looking at 5 different trucks. All of the vehicles were in great shape with appropriate/acceptable wear and tear considering their ages/mileage. Edgar was my Sales Rep and just like every other Sales Rep I've done business with at Automax of Ocala, he has been stellar to say the least! 10/10 just for his sales technique and personality. He answered any questions we had, but wasn't overbearing or pushy. As soon as we wanted to test drive a vehicle he handed me the keys and signed a waiver and let me take it with my family in the car and he waited for us to come back. I know some people wouldn't care for this, but I LOVE it! David gave me a completely fair appraisal for my trade and even threw in a little extra for the extra money I had put into the vehicle in accessories, Kudos to him! Ramon was my finance guy and was quick to deal with, personable and professional. For anybody looking for a vehicle, this is my 5th vehicle I have purchased through Automax and I've NEVER had a disappointing experience or had any issues with the vehicles after purchase. I made calls to other dealships before heading here and I was YET AGAIN reminded why I don't like dealing with anybody else. Thanks again Automax Ocala!

Allen was a great help walking us threw the inventory of trucks on the property with no buying pressure! Even as we are dealing the all the stay at home and social distancing the dealership sanitation process was spot on. We did purchase a 2019 F150 and my wife loves it. As far as the financial manager and sales manager were also spot on with no pressure to purchase and they did a great job working with our trade in vehicle and find ya the lowest possible interest rate. Really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very friendly, not overly pushy or overbearing, and I didn't get any sense of anyone trying to "pull the wool over my eyes" so to speak. Everything was up front and I felt I was given a good price for my trade in up front without even needing to haggle or argue about it. Would do business with them again. Kelly is who I worked with over the phone and Mike V. is who I worked with in person, and I am a very satisfied customer.

Came into the store really not thinking we’d be walking out with an SUV. The cars on the lot looked amazing. Ramon wasn’t on the list but was super efficient with the paperwork.

Sales man Dan was so nice, not pushy, and very helpful. I've bought a truck for me, a car for my wife, and now a car for my daughter over the past 3 years. All from 3 different dealers. Dan was my favorite to work with. Dan from finance was also very easy to work with. It was very polite for him to walk out of the room when my wife and I were trying to work out the details of the payment plan we wanted to use. It had to be the easiest car buying experience I've had. I put 4 stars instead of 5 for "Price" because let's be honest, we never get a price we REALLY want pay. But we were very happy with the price we got.
