Mr.Dan was very easy to work with we did the whole deal over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was there maybe an hour and was driver have in my new vehicle.

Went to AutoMax Ocala to look at SUV's. We had not been planning on buying another vehicle, but unfortunately didn't have a choice due to an accident. We didn't have a clue what we wanted. We were met by David L. He is very knowledgeable and understanding and patient. He and Cash worked with us to find a vehicle that was in our price range and had the accessories we were looking for. I highly recommend AutoMax Ocala and David L. if you are looking for a vehicle.

Salesman passed me off before I signed deal. After market...
Salesman passed me off before I signed deal. After market leather color not as promised. Management could care less. Can’t trust their salesmen. They do not want to deal with their own after market upholstery man. Once I signed the deal, gave them the $’s and I rec’d my IOU they were done. Their interior detail dept gets a 1 out of 10. Purchased many vehicles in my life and would not recommend Auto Max.

I believe Dan to be “untrustable” because he can’t seem to “remember” the discussion about the color of the leather seats. I asked for color samples and was told by Dan you didn’t have any. So at that point we went with DARK grey leather. I ended up with a light color leather. Funny, all your “parties don’t seem to remember”.
