Automax of Ocala

I'd been planning to trade in my 2010 Honda Odyssey for a couple of months - to the point where I'd even considered color and year. On a random check for availability in the Ocala area, I was directed to the AutoMax site, which had one Odyssey - a 2019 in white pearl, my exact match. The next morning I checked the site again, and decided to call and nail it down. I spoke with James and made arrangements to see it. My wife and I were pleased with the lack of hassling, and James was a musician to boot, so I enjoyed my conversations with him. The price was excellent, and we were given a bit of a break to get it out the door. We are thankful for the lack of pressure and are pleased with our purchase!

Truck was filthy. Windshield wiper wouldn't wipe the water off. 2 tires were still low on air pressure. Scraped white chalky substance off of the rear window.

I had an GREAT experience!!! Cash, Jessie and Frank were a dream team!! They were kind, understanding, professional and patient. They worked to get me a great deal on a car that I hadn't considered or expected. It was way better!! I could not be happier with the experience. Went in to look at vehicles for my grand daughter(1st time buyer) Richard was our sales person and he was very accommodating and met all our inquires and concerns without question. When Allison had chosen and test driven her vehicle ,we moved on to finance and Scott was also super to work with. I have purchase my current vehicle and the vehicle prior with Auto Max of Ocala. They are a great Team!!

His actions and excellent service contributed to my purchase of a 2018 Chevy Equinox, would rate the experience 10/10 :)

Ramon gave superb service. He was extremely fast on getting back to me through email and text about a vehicle that I was looking at. He had everything ready to go when we got there and got me and my family in and out in excellent timing.

I was able to search cars online and the prices seemed reasonable. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured. In general, the entire experience was less stressful than my previous experiences in buying from dealers.

Salesman was nice and helpful. I was talked into extended warranty and told I could cancel. I did but no one knows about tax on it being refunded. Almost $120 tax on warranty
