Automax of Ocala

I went in knowing what I wanted. I had already picked the car I just wanted to look at it and take a ride. The salesman was pretty new to sales so there were many questions he kept saying “that isn’t my department” which was some what frustrating. I come from customer service and if you don’t know the answer you find it. He really didn’t have to do much convincing because I loved the car from the start. After I knew it was the one the process for financing was super fast and easy. That was convenient. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out if a dealership that fast! Plus they got my a 4.1 interest rate which was great! I don’t think the customer service was good enough to give 5 stars. I just like the ease of purchasing the vehicle and being in and out. I hate sitting around while they try to haggle the interest rate or try to get you into a more expensive car to make better commission.

Tammy was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She had cars already picked out in are price range, and ready to test drive by the time we got there. Dan was very professional, and extremely patient. He was very sweet, and kind to my daughter. As this was her first car purchase, and she was overwhelmed from it all. Dan made the process seem easy, and was humorous. His sense of humor helped lighten and bring some levity, to a already stressful day.

Does anyone like the process? Well might as well get a good vehicle and a decent price to make it a little more enjoyable.Hopefully won’t have to buy another for a long time.

Allen was not pushy Very knowledgeable . My only complaint is that after I signed the “As Is” warranty I found out the Key was broken
