The first part of my experience was very good. The ending was not so pleasant. The finance dept. was very fatigued. They were short staffed and aggrivated. Your company offers no warranty. Unfortately my situation put me in the position to not be able to pass up the vehicle I choose. I walked in with my check and waited for 2 hours. Again the final process was so bad I almost walked out twice. I was not told to bring my tag to transfer and finance guy said can you go get it. We waited over 2 hours and live on the side of town and your gonna ask me go get it. I dont know his name but he was in 1st office by the snack machines.

I came to Automax looking for a vehicle that would be perfect for me in my budget. Allen helped me find a car that had all the features i was looking for but still stayed in my price range. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with my experience.

I was happy to finally find the perfect truck for myself after a long 7yrs interrupted search the process was easy I got pre-approved went in picked out my vehicle and staff actually found me a cheaper rate than I originally went in with!! What can i say...this automax location is hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever visited! They were all so warm and welcoming and didn’t even give off that “pushy salesman vibe”. I literally found the perfect car for myself within the first hour of being there because they actually listen and care about your needs! Trevor and kyle were both great and i give them many xxxxxxfor their professionalism and just for being so polite and understanding! My husband called and said the entire deal over the phone they gave us a price we couldn't pass up. Worked with Cash the Manger and his sales team we were in.and out in less than 30 min. We drove from out of town. We definitely will be burying from them again

There were so many choices in my price range! They were very busy Sunday but everyone that helped me was very accommodating and patient with me until I fell in love with my Mustang EcoBoost! I worked with Kyle a little first and he was really cool, then Andre was super nice and friendly, Cash spent time picking out several cars for me to look at and test drive, and Scott was super quick and thorough in finding financing and explaining all the steps and paperwork I was signing. I'll definitely be recommending AutoMax to anyone looking for a great vehicle.
