After another dealership in Orlando showed me how terrible they were, I found the same car I wanted at this Automax. Trevor was extremely friendly from the start and was outside waiting to greet us after our three-hour drive to see them. Scott was great, too, and I never felt uncomfortable like I usually do at car dealerships - and this was my 9th car in my 30-something years of life. :) The whole process was super easy and fairly fast compared to my experiences at other dealerships.

The staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy. I told the salesman what we were looking for and our budget, he showed us so many options! All within our budget and style preference. The finance department took a little longer than I would’ve like, but I believe that was because they were very busy that day. I purchased an extended warranty that day as well, but none of the “extras” were pushed on us- all of our options were clearly laid out with no pressure. It was an overall great experience.
