This was a car buyers dream, because of my positive interaction with Dylan Ross. His knowledge of the particulars of my chosen vehicle was, without a doubt, a deciding factor in choosing to purchase a vehicle from AutoMax Ocala. Since it had been many years since my last trip to a dealership, I did not want the hard sell, I am happy to say that there was no pressure. Kudos also to Joe Fulner who made the financial side of the deal easy breezy. I would gladly steer anyone needing an automobile to this venue, as the sales and service here is A-1. Truly amazing experience!!! I dealt with Ramone and Dan and you couldn't ask for more friendly, customer service driven individuals. The first time I have been in a dealership where I have felt no pressure and it was all about me and what I wanted. I was in amd out with my new vehicle in a matter of about 2 hours and couldn't be happier. Will definitely do business there again and have already recommended to others and will continue to do so.

This is our third vehicles from Automax. We noticed that they are improvement everytime we went there. Wish one of the dealer know how to sign ASL so we could go faster with our communication but we all can write or lip reading. Many thanks for your patient with us.

I was in a horrible accident back in December, so having to buy a new car with a baby on the way was the last thing my husband and I wanted to worry about. Allen was the nice gentleman who helped us and the process was very easy going. We didn’t feel pressured and he listened to everything we had to say and were interested in (we changed our mind several times!) Second time purchasing a vehicle from here, previously bought a Jeep Compass 2017 last year and now a Scion FRS 2015. Dan Gallagher was very accommodating to our requests and knowledgeable regarding the car we wanted to purchase, answering all of the questions we had towards to the specific conditions of the vehicle.

Dan Gallagher was knowledgeable about the purchase process and attentive to me through out the entire process. He even gave me a lift to my rental car company to drop off my rental once we finished up the purchase. It was easy, stress free and a pleasure to work with him. Ryan helped me with the finance part and was great. He got me in and out in a breeze and was knowledgeable and attentive.

I initially went to Pearson Nissan to look at a used truck there. The sales people there seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. They quoted me monthly payments from $650 - $880 for any of the new and used trucks on their lot. My mortgage is less than that. Automax got me in the perfect truck for $566. Thanks.
