Our salesperson was Rich Wood . He was courteous , polite and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we wanted to see . He did not try to up sell us after we told him our budget . The selection is amazing and within an hour we had a new suv picked out . Came back 2 days later with our down payment in hand , Rich and Ryan (finance Dept) had us in and out driving away in our new to us Dodge Durango in an hours time . I would highly recommend Rich Wood and automax for your next vehicle purchase .

Salesman James Cohen was surprisingly well versed on the various models, trims and options questions we threw at him. We were predetermined on a specific model but thanks to his wealth of information, we ended up purchasing a vehicle that is much more appropriate to our needs.
