I’ll start by saying that I love my new car. Tammy was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond every step of the way in helping me chose a car (trust me when I tell you I have beer money and champagne taste), Tammy had a wonderful and positive attitude all the way through, this was my second purchase from Automax and I will continue to be a repeat customer for Tammy. Joe in finance worked some serious magic for me, He also went above and beyond in helping me get the car I wanted. Joe was able to get me a incredible deal for my sweet ride, and worked hard to get my payments where I needed them to be. If your looking to buy make sure to ask for Tammy and Joe, two amazing and magical people. A very good experience in all ways. From Sales, Management, Documents to the deal arrived! Only negative the car was rinsed off and given to us wet. Would have expected it to have at least dried off, after its a Lincoln!

I was very impressed with AutoMax, Ocala, Florida. Ernesto, the salesman, was very courteous, informative and not pushy. Dave Goldberg, another salesman, graciously offered his assistance when Ernesto was not available to help. Frank, the finance officer, was very efficient and, also, not pushy. The entire operation was smoothly run. The used car I purchased had been well detailed, given an oil change, and Ernesto provided a full tank of gas. Everyone I talked to including other sales people and the receptionist were very friendly. I had a 5 star experience!
