Sales staff were top notch, my salesman Edgar was great, very knowledgeable yet low key. I felt like I had control, a very relaxed experience Cash was also a big help. Joe from finance make quick work of the paperwork. Best car purchase experience I had in years. The only negative that I can offer was that I test drove there Nissan Maximas and the none of them were derailed in the way that I would have expected. All three were black and there was white wax paste left on many of the hard edges, i.e. doors, hood and trunk, etc. Not nit picking, but this one thing that could be done better!

Very helpful and friendly. Works to get the best deals possible. The guy that wrote up our agreement was fantastic. I think his name was Ken.

Dedicated, but not smothering service. David was understanding of our unique circumstance and worked within our limitations. Finance team was also tuned in to our needs.

Did everything online and over the phone, was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Richard was a great salesman and Scott was very helpful with the financing.

Tammy was and is our sales person, she is very like able, take charge get her done attitude. Her and Joe sales manger got us a great loan with decent interest rate with a credit union a great job. BRAVO ZULU. We found the second key for our trade in, stopped by to drop it off to Tammy ended up with the wife spending $300 for a bed cover for her truck, Tammt is a very good sales person.

Dan Gallagher was very patient and attentive. He care enough about making his customers happy. I was comfortable dealing with him. They have great personality and I deal with them again if I have to.

Tammy was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond every step of the way in helping me chose a car (trust me when I tell you I have beer money and champagne taste), Tammy had a wonderful and positive attitude all the way through, this was my second purchase from Automax and I will continue to be a repeat customer for Tammy.
