Great Experience while saving time and money. Tammy in Sales and Dan in Finance were both very transparent and provided actual consultative advice unlike most dealers.

I have purchased about ten vehicles in my lifetime. Either for myself or assisted in purchase for a loved one. This dealership was, by far, the best experience, hands down, ever! I am sure this had to do with Jackie Ewan, our sales rep and the gentleman that helped with our paperwork, Scott Dippolito. The lot had a tremendous amount of inventory that was in excellent condition and Jackie was knowledgeable and patient to answer every question and allow us to test drive whatever I wanted. Being a woman, I have experienced terrible discrimination from lots that didn't want to deal with me, but only a man. Like I didn't know what I wanted or I was bothering them. Here, they were welcoming, friendly, professional and help a person find that one perfect vehicle that is just waiting for them. Mine was a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Jackie looked up the safety reviews for me and showed me where all the airbags were. Very important to me since I had been in an accident back in 2010. Our sales representative Rich had a good knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in and easily answered all of our questions. Even though the advertised price of the vehicle was well within fair market value range management was very willing to work with us on options and negotiating a price that we could work into our budget and Scott was a great help when it came to getting through the paperwork which wasn't as extensive as we thought it would be. We would definitely recommend putting AutoMax of Ocala at the top of your list if you are looking to purchase a vehicle; I know we will.

After an unpleasant experience the day before at the dealership I always purchase from, I thought I would give Automax a try. I had researched the cars before my arrival so I new what I wanted. Riley approched me in the lot and I showed him the cars of interest. I explained to him I needed to do a few things, pick up my wife and I would be back @ 2:30. As I was taking pictures to send to my wife, Riley returned with Ryan the sales manager, who cheerfully greeted me and shook my hand. At this point I knew I would buy a car from them. It was a great car buying experience from soup to nuts. We will be back to see Riley soon as it’s almost time for my wife to buy a new car.

Very fair pricing and wide range of vehicles. Great warranty offers and the staff is extremely nice, and extremely patient. I was very impressed with the personaislm and ease of sale with Jesse.
